Using the Order Form

Read through the order form and type in the quantity of the items you want. If you wish to have a classroom presentation, click above the line next to the presentation you wish to have and a check mark will appear. Once you have selected all the items you wsih to order, You can either click on the "Print Form button located on the top of the form to print the form and FAX it in or, if you have email on your computer and are connected to the internet, you can click the "Email Form" button to have your order automatically emailed to our offices. If you make a mistake while filling out the form and wish to start over, click the "Clear Form" button located on the order form.
