East Region covers the following areas/cities: City of Riverside (North of Hwy 60), Moreno Valley, Perris, Sun City, Hemet, San Jacinto, Calimesa, Beaumont, Banning, Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs and Cathedral City.

West Region covers the following areas/cities: City of Riverside (South of Hwy 60), Mira Loma, Eastvale, Norco, Corona, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Murrieta and Temecula.
